The Old Fixer House

Here is the home that we bought 6 years ago. We have been working hard trying to fix this house and it seems like we will never get done, but honestly we did do a lot to it. It was a rental for a very long time and was split up into 2 apartments so our first project was to bring it back to a single family home. Then the rest was cosmetic This type of home is called The Foursquare. My home was built 110 years ago so she is old and needs lots of love which she is getting.

Vintage Refridgerator and Gas/ Wood Stove

My Family bought this Bungalow in the late 40s. My Great Grandfather bought this for his Middle daughter named Sara which she is my Grandmother, since then it was past down to my Uncle Joe and I am the next one to keep it going. It is used as a Summer vacation home. I am so thrilled to make my own memories in this Vintage Cottage everything in this home reflects my grandmother and grandfather it is a simple way of living. This home is set in the Catskills Mt. and the draw to this town was it's only 2 hours from NYC so someone that lives in the city would love to be surrounded by the Nature and Mountains. I myself  must travel nearly 5 hours to get here but it is well worth it to stay in a peace of history that was part of my family.
